OUR COMMUNITY

Connected Care, Stronger Community

Effective mental health care is collaborative. We work alongside trusted healthcare providers, community organizations, legal supports, and crisis services to ensure clients receive safe, coordinated, and comprehensive care.

Hum-WE Women’s Hub

When clients need immediate safety planning, shelter access, or crisis stabilization, we connect them with Hum-WE’s housing and emergency supports while providing trauma-informed emotional care.

Sakeenah Canada

Shelter, advocacy, and community programs for individuals and families facing crisis, trauma, or housing insecurity.

YEH Canada (Immigration Consultancy Services)

When newcomers navigate immigration processes alongside therapy, we support coordinated care so settlement stress and emotional well-being are addressed together.

Children’s Aid Society

Where child safety concerns arise, we follow our legal and ethical obligations while supporting families with compassion.

Halton Medix

Coordinated care when physical health, chronic conditions, or medication management intersect with mental health needs, including at our shared Burlington location.

Mind Forward Brain Injury Services

Specialized rehabilitation and lifelong support for adults affected by acquired brain injury across Peel and Halton. We coordinate referrals when clients need ABI-specific care alongside therapy.

SMILE Canada

Disability-related advocacy, education, and community resources for clients and caregivers.

Tranquil Massage & Healing

Complementary body-based therapies supporting relaxation, grounding, and nervous system regulation, located alongside our Milton office.

Halton Police (Victim Services)

Protective and legal resources for clients impacted by safety concerns or crime-related trauma, handled with confidentiality and care.

VQRP+ (Victim Quick Response Program+) *

Practical, financial, and emotional supports that complement therapy during early recovery from crime-related trauma.

Collaboration is a core part of ethical, client-centered care. Every referral and partnership is guided by compassion, confidentiality, and the client’s well-being.

In emergencies, clients may also be supported through broader services such as the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) for transportation and logistical needs.

No two journeys are the same. Your therapist tailors every session to your goals, pace, and lived experience, drawing on approaches like CBT, EMDR, somatic therapy, and play therapy.

Safe And Supportive Space

Whether in person or online, sessions are confidential and judgment-free. Many clients tell us the hardest step was the first one. We work to make it easier.
