Trauma and PTSD counseling helps when the past keeps interrupting the present. If you live with flashbacks, hypervigilance, or a numbness you cannot explain, those are normal responses to abnormal events, and they can ease with the right support.

Our registered psychotherapists provide trauma-informed care that moves at your pace and never pushes you to relive more than you are ready for. We work in person in Milton, Mississauga, and Burlington, or online across Ontario.

What Trauma Counseling Can Help With

We support people healing from:

Safety First, Always

We build steadiness and coping skills before any deeper work, so therapy never overwhelms your nervous system.

Evidence-Based Healing

Your therapist draws on trauma methods with strong research behind them, including EMDR and somatic approaches, matched to you.

How Trauma Counseling Works

Therapy with us is collaborative and paced to you. Here is how it usually unfolds.

Start With a Free Consultation

We begin with a free consultation to understand what you are carrying and what you want from therapy, with no pressure to share details yet.

01

Build Safety and Stability

Your therapist helps you develop grounding and coping skills first, so you feel resourced and steady before any deeper processing begins.

02

Process and Integrate

When you are ready, we gently work through the trauma using proven methods, so the past loses its grip and feels like it belongs behind you.
