Children do not always have the words for what they feel, so therapy meets them where they are, through play, creativity, and age-appropriate conversation. At Serene Heart, registered clinicians give children a safe, nurturing space to express emotions, build confidence, and develop coping skills, with parents and caregivers involved the whole way.
