This is a mindful and inspiring group experience designed to help participants slow down, reflect, and intentionally shape the direction of their lives. Through guided facilitation, creative exercises, and structured reflection, participants will explore what matters most to them as they move toward the fall season.
Led by facilitators Osman Khan and Huma Haider, this session blends visualization techniques with practical goal-setting tools. All materials are provided, and participants will leave with a personalized vision board that serves as a visual roadmap for their goals, values, and aspirations.
Research connects clear, written intentions and reflection with stronger follow-through and wellbeing. The Greater Good Science Center at UC Berkeley shares evidence-informed resources on purpose and positive emotion that complement the reflective focus of this vision board workshop.
