Facilitated by Osman Khan (Registered Psychotherapist, Qualifying), this group offers a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore how ADHD impacts daily life. Participants will gain insight into both the neurological and environmental factors that influence attention, behaviour, and emotional regulation.
