“Not above you, not ahead of you, beside you. A fellow traveller.”
I am a therapist-in-training with a background in psychology and a genuine passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Granada and am currently continuing my training in counseling psychology. My experience as a psychotherapy intern allowed me to work closely with individuals facing addiction and emotional struggles, which deepened my understanding of resilience and healing.
I approach therapy with the belief that we are not meant to go through life alone. I see myself as a fellow traveller, walking beside you, not ahead of you, offering support, perspective, and a safe space to explore your experiences.
My work is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while also integrating person-centred and reflective approaches. I also value the role of spirituality, meaning, and personal values in the healing process, and I welcome these conversations when they are important to you.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore patterns, build practical tools, and work toward a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and true to who you are.
