“No rain, no flowers.”
I have a background in administration and a genuine passion for helping people feel welcome and supported. In my role, I am often the first point of contact for clients, and I consider that an important responsibility. Reaching out to a professional service can sometimes feel intimidating or overwhelming, so I aim to create a welcoming and comfortable experience from the very beginning.
While I am not a practitioner and do not provide clinical sessions, I value being part of a team that supports people and contributes to a positive client experience. I believe that small interactions matter, and that kindness, clear communication, and a welcoming first impression can make a meaningful difference.
Outside of work, I enjoy DIY projects, gardening, and spending time with my fur babies!
Hailey, part of our client care and administration team, is often the first person you’ll hear from when you reach out. She knows that first call can feel like the hardest one, so she focuses on clear communication and a warm, unhurried welcome — helping with scheduling, intake questions, and the practical details so that getting started feels simple rather than overwhelming.
