“The wisdom you seek has always been within you – softly guiding you, waiting to be trusted and heard. Let’s uncover it together and take your next step!”

Personal biography

I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and have experience working with diverse populations across a range of clinical settings. I support children, teens, and adults who may be struggling with anxiety, overthinking, depression, overwhelm, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions such as relationships, parenting, and immigration. My approach to therapy is integrative and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. My work is also informed by trauma-aware and attachment-based perspectives, especially when supporting clients navigating the impact of early relationships.

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling truly understood and supported. In our work together, I help you build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen your emotional resilience.

In sessions, you can expect a balance of exploration and skill-building. I support you in identifying patterns in your thoughts and behaviours, learning how to regulate intense emotions, and navigating interpersonal challenges more effectively. My goal is to help you better understand yourself while also equipping you with tools you can apply in your daily life.

When working with children and adolescents, I use developmentally appropriate, creative, and play-based approaches to support emotional expression and growth. I also collaborate with parents, when appropriate, to help create consistency and reinforce progress outside of sessions.

Overall, my approach focuses on empowerment, self-awareness, and sustainable change. I aim to support you not only in managing current challenges, but also in building the confidence and skills needed to navigate future difficulties with greater clarity, balance, and resilience.
