Noof Mohammed is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a unique background as an International Medical Graduate and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. Her clinical experience spans multiple healthcare systems, allowing her to bring a holistic and culturally sensitive perspective to her work. She has worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and complex life transitions, including refugees and newcomers navigating uncertainty and displacement.
Noof’s approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. She integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care to support clients in understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She holds a Bachelor of Medicine degree and has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care. Her experience is further supported by volunteer work in clinical and mental health settings, where she provided support to individuals in crisis and community-based care.
