“Creating a safe space where you feel heard is the first step toward meaningful change, and from there, growth becomes possible.”

Personal biography

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with over five years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a range of emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs. My background in psychology, combined with specialized training in behavioral therapy, allows me to support clients in areas such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, trauma, and relationship challenges. I also work with adults navigating stress, life transitions, interpersonal difficulties, and personal growth, offering a space for reflection and meaningful change. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse children, including those with autism, and collaborate closely with families to create consistent, supportive environments that promote growth and independence.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that each individual’s experiences are unique, and I tailor my work to meet clients where they are, respecting their pace and personal goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and behavioral interventions to help clients build practical skills while also exploring deeper emotional patterns. With children and teens, I often incorporate developmentally appropriate strategies, including play-based techniques and structured skill-building, to make sessions engaging and effective, while with adults, I focus on insight-oriented work alongside practical coping strategies.

In sessions, clients can expect a safe, non-judgmental space where they feel heard, understood, and supported. I focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for meaningful change. Together, we work on identifying challenges, setting achievable goals, and developing tools to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and resilience. I also place a strong emphasis on involving parents and caregivers when working with younger clients, offering guidance and strategies that extend progress beyond the therapy room.

My professional philosophy centers on empowerment, empathy, and lasting change. I aim to help clients not only manage current concerns but also develop insight, coping skills, and emotional strength that will support their long-term well-being.
