“Be curious, not judgmental.” A guiding philosophy that shapes how we come to understand ourselves.

Personal biography

Reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been trying to manage things on your own. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Yorkville University. I also hold an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University, along with certification in Rehabilitation Services through the York-Seneca program.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and somatic-based approaches. This allows us to explore not only your thoughts and behaviours, but also how emotions show up in your body and impact your day-to-day experiences.

In sessions, we focus on understanding the patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, whether that’s overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or challenges in relationships and life transitions.

Alongside this, we work toward building practical ways to respond differently to stress and navigate difficult moments. I tend to keep things collaborative and clear, sometimes slowing things down or breaking them apart so they feel easier to understand and work through.

I also recognize the role that culture, family, and life experiences play in shaping how we understand ourselves. Having lived in different parts of the world, I bring a culturally responsive perspective and aim to create a space where you feel seen and understood in all aspects of who you are.

My approach is tailored to you. Therapy isn’t about having all the answers it’s about developing a clearer understanding of yourself and building the confidence to move forward in a way that feels meaningful and sustainable.
