“You are allowed to be both a masterpiece and a work in progress.” Maya Angelou

Personal biography

Healing begins with connection, and often with simply being heard. If you’re here, you may be carrying something heavy or looking for a space to pause, reflect, and begin to heal. As a therapist, I offer a warm, collaborative space grounded in empathy, respect, and genuine care, meeting you where you are with curiosity and compassion.

I work with teens (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, motherhood, perinatal and postpartum experiences, infertility, miscarriage, pregnancy loss, and life transitions. I also support parents and caregivers as they navigate the emotional weight, identity shifts, and ongoing demands that can come with these roles.

Professional Experience

Annick brings a diverse professional background rooted in healthcare, leadership, and community-based support. Her experience across healthcare settings, community organizations, leadership roles, and church environments has shaped a grounded, relational, and culturally responsive approach to care. She has supported individuals and families navigating emotional, relational, and life challenges, with a focus on empathy, collaboration, and connection. This background informs her clinical work by strengthening her ability to understand diverse lived experiences and meet clients with respect, warmth, and cultural awareness. She is committed to providing supportive, client-centred care that honours each person’s story and capacity for growth.

My Expertise & Approach

Annick’s approach is integrative and responsive rather than one-size-fits-all, drawing on person-centred and trauma-informed frameworks alongside CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and adapting the pace of therapy to each person’s story and needs. She offers Christian counseling for clients who wish to weave their faith into the work, and as a BIPOC therapist she brings awareness of how identity, culture, and systemic experiences shape emotional wellbeing. Sessions are available in person in Milton and online across Ontario.
