Taking that first step towards therapy can be an experience filled with uncertainty and questions. My aim is to make this experience as comfortable and rewarding for you, right from the beginning. I prioritize creating a warm, collaborative atmosphere where you feel heard and understood. Working from a client-centred approach, I am dedicated to constructing a treatment plan that is unique to every individual’s needs, goals, and strengths. Considering my lived experience surrounding some of the challenges a child of immigrant parents, and a first generation Punjabi-Canadian individual may undergo, I hope to use this experience to connect and support clients who come from a diverse range of cultures and backgrounds.
