Rania Haq
Administrative Team
Rania is a student at McMaster University, studying Psychology, Neuroscience & Human Behaviour with a specialization in Autism and Behavioural Science. She is passionate about understanding how the brain shapes communication, learning and social connection, particularly within neurodiverse communities.
As an administrative assistant, she is often the first point of contact at the office. She works to make every step of the process comfortable and seamless — whether that involves scheduling appointments, answering questions or simply creating a warm, welcoming environment. Rania enjoys being someone clients can rely on, and she strives to ensure each person feels supported and understood from the moment they arrive.
Her long-term goal is to build a career supporting individuals with communication and developmental differences in reaching their full potential. No matter where her path leads, Rania hopes to continue helping people feel valued, heard and empowered.
