Osman Khan

Osman Khan is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Master’s of Counselling Psychology candidate with over 10 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, couples and families across hospital, community mental health, post-secondary and youth justice settings.
He brings a warm, person-centered approach, integrating CBT, DBT, SFBT, EFT, trauma-informed care and structural therapy to help clients explore their history, values, relationships, challenges and strengths at a pace that feels safe and collaborative.
Osman has provided crisis support through the Calgary Distress Centre and has led mental health workshops within cultural, community and faith-based groups. Born in Western Canada to South Asian parents, he understands the complexities of navigating multiple cultures and identities and is committed to supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ2+ communities.
His areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, cultural identity, emotional regulation, stress and burnout.
