With over 10 years of experience, I've dedicated myself to supporting individuals, couples, and nurturing parent-teen relationships. In individual therapy, envision me as your compassionate companion on the path to self-discovery. I offer a compassionate and insightful approach, blending clinical expertise with humour to create an empowering and comfortable healing environment. I believe in understanding how systems of oppression shape individual experiences, inviting you to explore this dimension in your therapeutic journey. In couples therapy, you will step into a space of compassionate understanding as we explore the intricate dance of emotions within your relationship. Together, we'll uncover the underlying vulnerabilities and unmet needs that may be getting in the way of your connection. My aim is to guide you towards a deeper understanding of each other's feelings, provide you with practical skills to communicate your needs, and to listen closely to the underlying need your partner is trying to communicate. Through this process our aim is to foster a secure emotional bond and build a foundation for lasting friendship, intimacy and closeness. I am a queer therapist who supports couples of all genders. In addressing parent-teen conflict, our collaborative goal is to improve relationships by enhancing communication, understanding, and empathy within your family dynamic. Together, we'll work on identifying underlying issues, patterns of interaction, and developing healthier ways for both parents and teens to relate to each other. Through techniques like communication skills training and conflict resolution, we aim to bridge the generation gap and create positive changes for a more harmonious family life. Join me on this transformative journey towards improved emotional well-being for everyone involved.
