Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying

Anxiety Depression ADHD Life Transitions Grief and Loss

I see therapy as a team sport; you’re the star player, and I’m your supportive coach rooting from the sidelines, helping you explore your inner world and discover what you need for personal growth.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. This builds on a strong foundation from an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University and a certification in Rehabilitation Services from Seneca College. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and loss.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and somatic-based techniques that support nervous system regulation and mind–body awareness. I believe therapy should be tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

In my clinical work, I focus on creating a safe, collaborative, and grounded therapeutic space where clients can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and gain insight into the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Having lived all around the world, I bring a diverse cultural perspective to my work, ensuring that every client feels seen and understood for who they truly are. You know yourself best; I’m just here to encourage you to see that.
