Anxiety Depression ADHD Life Transitions Grief and Loss

I see therapy as a team sport—you’re the star player, and I’m your supportive coach rooting from the sidelines, helping you explore your inner world and discover what you need for personal growth.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Counseling Psychology at Yorkville University, building on a solid foundation from an undergraduate degree in Psychology from York University and a certification in Rehabilitation Services from Seneca College. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD,life transitions, grief and loss. My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. However, I believe in tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each individual. I am working under the supervision of Saima Zaheer, M.Ed Psych, RP, CTIC. My experience with the Canadian Mental Health Association, where I supported individuals facing severe mental health crises and homelessness, has deepened my understanding of mental health and reinforced my commitment to empathetic, client-centred care.

Having lived around the world, I bring a diverse cultural perspective to my work, ensuring that every client feels seen and understood for who they truly are. You know yourself best; I'm just here to encourage you to see that.
